My vote from LA County for Steyer still hasn't been counted yet. I'd like to think it will be my late vote that will put him over Hilton. 😁
On another note, I'm kinda surprised I haven't gotten confirmation of ballot received yet...I put it in the drop box Monday morning. 😬
I know a lot of people have reservations about voting for a billionaire.
I see the ways so many billionaires lie, cheat, and steal to get whatever they can out of the system — and then do everything they can to hoard their wealth and avoid paying taxes.
Screw that.
Tom Steyer says California’s cost of living crisis won’t be fixed by politics as usual. He argues the state must confront utility giants, Big Oil, and pharmaceutical companies 😳
I’m running for governor because I know that a better California is possible.
A California where corporate interests don't buy off politicians and rip you off.
I know what it looks like.
And I know we can win it together.
Corporations have spent over $55 million to stop me.
That’s the most outside spending in a primary in the history of this state.
Because I'm running on a not-so-radical idea: California should work for working people.
Today is the primary election for the California gubernatorial race.
Recent polling shows a tight three-way contest where a surge for Tom Steyer and Xavier Becerra could lock the Republican party off the ballot this November.
There’s been some reports of late undecided voters going for Steyer.
Will be very interesting to keep an eye on once votes start being reported.
California polls close at 11 PM ET.
