@ChurchOfMoons Never got the "Beast Wars has aged badly" stuff either. I guess on a technical point, yeah sure, but the animation still looks great. The show exudes so much charm and the facial animations still hold up extremely well, lots of little bits of who a character is, is in the faces.

The first half was fun, but then they just vaulted everything for some reason. The Pumpkin Launcher and Last Call should have just stayed as extra loot hacks. This and the last couple Fortnightmares have just felt like ads compared to the Ch2 ones.

Not surprised at all. Hopefully their IP's go to someone how will care about them. Knowing EA though, they'll just sit in the vault and never get touched again, which is probably for the best.

@Justin_Neagle G1 skins would have fit perfectly as a collab. Same with Beast Wars. A build your own Transformers skin would have been cool to see. We missed out on getting more Fortnite original Transformers, shame we only got the battle bus one.

@Satinshape96TTV How am wrong? Ballistic was just a poor mans CS. Even Epic themselves thought so. There's plenty of better games in the genre to play. Even if Epic supported it, it would have never gained much of a playerbase anyway because it just isn't Fortnite.

All the hate Epic got over shutting down RR and Ballistic was mostly performative because it's popular to shit on Epic and Tim. Nobody cared about these modes beforehand. They were obviously going to fail from the start because they aren't Fortnite.

I like the Ch2/3 style the best, but Ch1 has a feeling that hasn't ever been recaptured even during Season OG and the OG mode. I'm looking forward to the rumored art style change in Ch8, but the best we'll probably get is a Ch2/3 style which will be butchered in some way.

@LookAtMyMeat1 Chris mainly wrote the NV DLC's but he did a lot of minor work throughout the game. Not the biggest deal that he isn't a part of the project, but I feel company culture will be the main factor. A place that makes stuff like Outer Worlds 1/2 and Avowed has a culture problem.
