رجل روسي اشترى بطاقة الروسميات RTX 5070 Ti بمبلغ يقارب 90 ألف روبل (الف دولار امريكي) من متجر Wildberries ولان الطلب غالي رفض الرجل مغادرة المتجر حتى يقوم بفتح الصندوق امام موظفين المتجر وصديقه يقوم بالتصوير تحسبا لاي مفاجأة

وهنا يظهر ان خوف الرجل كان مبرر، عند فتح الصندوق وجد انه قد تم استبدال البطاقة بعبوة مياة سعة لتران ليكون وزنها قريب من وزن البطاقة واي شخص عادي لن يشك في وزن الصندوق لكن عند ذهابه وفتحها في منزله سيكون صعب عليه اثبات ذلك

فعل الرجل ذلك بسبب حادثه مشابهه حدثت في نفس المتجر عندنا اشترى رجل بطاقة RTX 5080 وفتحها في منزله ليجد انه تم استبدال البطاقة بحبوب غذائية ومرت شهرين الان ولم يحصل على البطاقة او يستعيد امواله وحتى الشرطة اغلقت شكواه بدون رد

La fin de Meruem est bien, mais seulement BIEN,c'est tout.

Alors que le visage de Goku, avec le contexte, nous montre énormément d'émotion pur en même temps (je ne vais pas détailler sur un truc simple).

Nintendo has lost another round in its ongoing patent battle with Palworld developer Pocketpair.

A key disagreement was Nintendo’s claim that a 2013 Pokémon fan game should not have been used as prior art because it allegedly infringed Pokémon’s copyright.

The JPO was not convinced. It called Nintendo’s interpretation “a completely unreasonable misunderstanding,” adding that “The mere possibility that the reasons for rejection could be subject to such an unreasonable misunderstanding has no bearing on the assessment of inventive step.”

The examiner also rejected Nintendo’s complaints about references to characters like Ash, Pikachu, and Poké Balls.

The notice said that even if those names were replaced with descriptions like “an object in the form of a boy wearing a red cap” or “a spherical object with a red upper half and a white lower half,” “the logical structure of the grounds for refusal remains unchanged.
Therefore, this argument has no bearing on determining inventive step.”
