The “boring” stuff wins ballgames:
-Backing up the play
-Putting the ball in play
-Moving the runner
-Making the routine plays
-Consistent communication
-Throwing strikes
-Smart baserunning
-Taking your walks
-Getting HBP, holding your ground
-Hitting a cutoff man
-Hustling out everything
*At some point, the “boring” tasks of ⚾️ will win extra games! And more often than not, playoff berths, seedings, playoff wins, and even championships can be determined and decided by what many would call “boring.”
Turn the “boring” into the “important” and that’s how you win!

If you coach ONLY to win…
You already lost!
But if you coach to win AND to make a positive impact in your player's lives…
YOU CAN NEVER LOSE!!!

Great to see the “wee little Gladd”I’ve had the pleasure to see since he was a 10U player all grown up and doing great things. Impressive well spoken interview, as well
Hear from Columbia City grad Sam Gladd (@stgladd), who leads the @Crossroads_NAIA with 1⃣5⃣ home runs as the junior has helped @taylorbaseball to a 33-8 overall record and the no. 10 spot in the NAIA Coaches Poll (highest-ranked team from the Midwest)! @CCEBaseball@NE8_Athletics
