@AmericanAir thanks for the 16 hour delay to get to Lima, Peru last week and now the 24+ hour delay to get home. Costing me a thousand+ extra dollars, PTO, and extreme inconvenience. And I can’t even get a hold of a human to talk to for some type of reimbursement #help

@AmericanAir I’m 35 minutes from the airport and am not going to travel there to possibly be able to speak with an AA rep to possibly get a hotel room. That would simply add to the distress and inconvenience. And what about all the other expenses that have been caused by these delays?
