Sunday service was absolutely great. I had said I wouldn't get to church late anymore, but I did again. And it's for the silliest reason. I rarely have a good reason for getting to church late 🫤
When the opening prayer started, that was how I saw one smallie on the altar ...

The sermon was wonderful. There is always so much to write down and learn. We are eating a spiritual balanced diet mehn.
There was no drama on my way home. I didn't bother buying any fruit today because mango dey house. Got home, ate my Sunday rice, and slept. Thank God 🥱
During my internship posting in A&E.
One baba was brought in and certified dead
was tasked to do last office. R/tives were crying hard.
As i was about to start, i said let me reconfirm. Felt a faint pulse, called for help & started cpr immediately.
Pt saved,never felt as p…
Did almost 42minutes CPR on Thursday.....still can't feel my arms....
He survived.. that's the good part...
Saw him eating on the ward today....was so happy...but I still can't feel my arms ..
Women are so petty. I was having a conversation with my mum yesterday and i told her that men are not appreciated enough because we’re protectors and providers. She said ehnn, i said yes and she said okay. She called me today, i said mummy Good morning ma and she responded with “protector and provider how are you?”🤣🤣
@AyoStiloOniGAPS@Jaachi_light Very true. The story is quite interesting and educative. Though I don't think it happened, it looks like one of those chatgpt stories they use for engagement farming.
After getting spiritual food in Church, na physical food sure pass na.
Got home, ate my Sunday rice, washed it down with mango. But I was not able to sleep. I just managed to close my eyes for about five minutes. Thank you Lord🥱
LATE POST
Today's service was great. I got to church a bit earlier because I've decided to turn a new leaf🙈
Okay, the real reason is that I've been having repeated dreams about getting to Church late and missing an important service.

Sermon was fantastic as usual. I love itttt. I was just writing, writing, writing. It's this series that will finish my book at this rate😐😃
On my way home, that's how I saw this guy pushing a truck of mangoes. Ahn ahn, bring it closer, let me buy.

I saved for months to attend a Christian conference where my favorite preacher was ministering.
Not just any seat.
Front row.
Close enough to hear every word clearly.
Before the session started, a lady tapped my shoulder.
“Hi,” she smiled softly. “My church group is seated here, but my ticket is for the overflow hall downstairs.
Would you mind swapping with me?”
I looked at her badge, then mine.
“I’m really sorry,” I said kindly, “but I sacrificed a lot to be here.”
Her expression changed immediately.
She turned to her friends and said loudly,
“Imagine coming to a Christian gathering and refusing to show love.”
Another girl added,
“We’re believers.
Why are Christians so selfish these days?”
I stayed quiet for a moment, then replied gently:
“If giving away a seat is the loving thing to do, why doesn’t one of you swap with her and sit downstairs?”
Silence.
Nobody moved.
Nobody volunteered.
And in that moment, I learned something important:
Many people admire sacrifice when it costs someone else.
But wisdom is knowing that saying “no” does not make you less like Christ.
I was amused by God’s intentionality, and I’m grateful to Him for leading me to a Church that teaches me how to grow spiritually. I need to learn to trust God more cos mehn, He is so cool.
Anyway, I ate my Sunday rice after I got home, and slept off. Thank God. 🥱
LATE POST
I enjoyed Sunday service as usual. The CCW ministration was great. They no dey disappoint.
The sermon was awesomeeee. It was perfectly done in the usual CCI way: serious topics nicely sprinkled with humour. I love these series.

That same evening, the person I had imagined reached out and gave me the exact amount.
While thanking them, I jokingly said, “Eh! So you dashed me this money?”
They were like, “Yes na. Or did you think it was an angel that gave it to you?”
