@richardosman Agree it’s disappointing @richardosman , but the Lionesses won the Euros last year and have just come second in the World Cup. The second best at something in the world (and first in Europe last year) is deemed pretty incredible in most other disciplines.

@dgurdasani1 @martin_eve Even I, a germ, can’t understand why the UK gov won’t roll out Evusheld. This is a cruel blow to the immunocompromised and their families. Please know that there are people, and germs, out there who care about the immunocompromised, and who find this decision heinous.

@Number10cat The bad germs in my species love Tory MPs who don’t listen to scientists. Happily, I’m a good germ who believes in evidence-based decision-making. Sadly, many MPs in the current government prefer decision-based evidence-making :(
