Is it being implicitly assumed that General Category men are inherently biased, that they are always perpetrators of discrimination and never its victims? Is it also being assumed that reverse discrimination does not exist and that false or motivated complaints are impossible? Justice cannot be selective. Fairness cannot be group specific. 3. Equity was meant to correct historical injustice, not to create a permanent presumption of guilt against one group while granting legal immunity to others. 4. When merit is repeatedly undermined more General Category parents will choose to send their children abroad, away from a system they increasingly view as biased and punitive. 5.
