Some guy on the phone was pulling into a dry cleaners while I was on the sidewalk. I was in a coma for a week. That was end of Oct. I just got to rehab today. He screwed me up good.

I have been mostly just eating Steak and eggs for about 10 weeks, I occasionally vary thing with Chicken and vegetables or salad, lost about 8kgs!

I quite heavily salt (Himalayan) my steak and put on a baking rack in the fridge for a day or two before cooking
