🚨 Elon just nuked the entire media playbook in under 90 seconds.
Journalist: “You support the far-right!”
Elon: “No. You support the lunatic left.
What was completely normal 10-15 years ago is now called ‘far-right’…
because your side went completely insane.”
Safe cities. Secure borders. Biological reality. Common sense.
None of that is “far-right.”
It’s just not crazy.
The Overton window didn’t shift right.
The left sprinted off a cliff and started calling everyone who didn’t jump “extremists.”
Elon said it out loud.
And the media still can’t cope.
Lunatic left.
He’s 100% right.
@elonmusk 👏🏻
Het Groningen-gasveld bij Slochteren is het grootste aardgasveld van Europa, toch koopt Nederland gas in in Noorwegen, en die gasleverancier geeft aan dat de levering niet gegarandeerd is. Bestuurlijk Nederland is gek geworden, knettergek.

🚨 #ChatControl was already voted down TWICE!
But Brussels bureaucrats refuse to take no for an answer, now ramming it through even in violation of their own EU Treaty rules.
They won't stop until every EU citizen lives in a digital prison.
We pay them to serve us. Not to spy on us.
Please RT this; we need to make our voices heard.

This is not a democracy, it is an outrageous dictatorship decision. It is a very dark day for every EU country. We all know this is not about protecting children, but about mass surveillance. This was never going to be approved under normal circumstances, as was proven the last two times they tried to pass it. That is why they decided to do it now at the last minute when many MEPs were not there. But also, shame on the MEPs who were already absent; you were elected to do this job, not to go on vacation early.
🇪🇺 The EU just passed Chat Control 1.0 in Brussels.
Platforms can now scan your private messages again, officially "voluntary," in practice blanket surveillance.
Here's the democratic scandal: 314 MEPs voted against it. Only 276 voted for it.
It passed anyway... because an absolute majority of all MEPs was required to reject it, not just a majority of those present.
More people voted no than yes. It still passed.
Pushed through on an urgent procedure just before summer recess, when absences are highest and attention is lowest.
This is how rights disappear folks. Not in one dramatic moment, but in procedural fine print, on a slow news day, while everyone's looking at Tehran.

Today the EP greenlit Chat Control 1.0 despite a majority voting AGAINST it (314-276).
@EP_President Metsola & @vonderleyen’s @EPPGroup forced an urgent procedure (Rule 170) citing “unforeseen developments” to revive a proposal Parliament rejected twice.
No committee scrutiny. Absolute majority to block rejection.
Procedural coup. “No means no”? Not in Strasbourg.
Meanwhile @vonderleyen’s Pfizer SMS about €71 billion in Covid shots remain secret.
Hypocrisy level: maximum.

The European Parliament voted AGAINST Chat Control. 314 to 276.
And it passed anyway.
Let me tell you how: they needed 361 votes to say no. On the last day before vacation. Every empty seat counted as a yes.
They lost the vote. They won the law.
That’s not democracy. That’s a trick. #ChatControl
CHAT CONTROL IS COMING
Even though most Members of the European Parliament have voted to REJECT Chat Control, we have not been able to reach the absolute majority that was needed (361 Members).
This is a sad day for Europeans.
BREAKING:
The European Parliament just passed Chat Control 1.0
A proposal to stop the new law, which will allow big tech companies to voluntarily scan all private messages, needed an absolute majority of 361 voted but received only 314 votes.
As it was the last day before summer recess, many MEPs had returned to their home countries and didn’t take part in the surprise vote. Chat Control 2.0 is still being prepared. That law will make it mandatory to scan people’s private messages.
