@LQ This place is horrible, and they have no customer service skills. It was bad enough that the rooms are extremely small, and you see all kinds of people outside begging for money or just drunk or high on drugs. I had a car accident the night I was booked. I am a heart patient

I was talking to people @Toyota about my recalled torque converter for a while in November and December with no help. I'm on disability/SSI and this is very expensive out of pocket. My converter recall has an extended warranty up to 150,000 miles and I'm way below that. They sent

I'm very shocked that Toyota would want me in something they know needs replacing. The recall on the torque converter has caused engines to slip and lose control of the car. I would love to hear from someone that will help. My email is [email protected]

me to a dealer, I dropped car off and then service repair man called and said Toyota wouldn't pay for the recalled part. I spoke to many rep and was given this bogus lie about why they couldn't cover it. She tried to say my car was salvaged in 2018. I proved that info was wrong.

@Toyota Still a dead end. So many reasons I'm told they can't honor the replacement. I'm super bummed and disappointed. I was to move next week from Texas to Virginia and needed to drive my car, which is my only transportation. But @Toyota said there is no way around it & they cant help
