Breaking - After nearly 3 years, a plea deal has been accepted in the Trey Holly case.

Holly entered a Nolo Contendere plea, which is sometimes referred to as a best interest plea. According to his attorney, Holly has been sentenced to one year probation with no jail time, and a fine of $1,000.

Holly will return this fall to play for the Southern Jaguars under new HC Marshall Faulk.
