@SianThymes Rochelle’s punishment was for the rest of the week.
I also think the edit of the show is confusing everyone because one second BB says there are no repercussions for taking off the handcuffs for Twinks & Sam, but then later, in the snug Sam says something implying there is.
@Statsmanuk At the end of the day the fans of the show are going to respond to what’s shown. It’s always been that way.
We definitely live in a more sensitive world for better or for worse but isolating people has never won over the public.
@schillem_nar8 I think Alundra/Madusa talked about being upset about it but she stayed on with WCW anyway.
They did try and rebuild the women’s division later but it was a hot mess 😭
WCW only had Stacy, Midajah & Madusa under contract when WWE took over.
@schillem_nar8 There are some Title matches + Tournament matches on YouTube, but I think after Hokuto vacated the title it was only ever competed for in GAEA, and once the WCW & GAEA partnership ended both the WCW Women’s titles were retired.
@schillem_nar8 The WCW women’s championship existed and was competed for on PPV!
It’s forgotten about for sure but it existed for a solid year, Akira Hokuto was the inaugural champion.
They also very very briefly had a WCW women’s cruiserweight championship.
@E20WA I can see both sides. I think she knows that Philip, Rhianna & Rochelle think it’s a narrative she herself is pushing as opposed to something other people like Sam, Lynx and Frankie have said too.
I don’t think Sam should have to say anything though.
@schillem_nar8 No the WWF disbanded the women’s division before firing Alundra, she then went to WCW who later created a WCW women’s championship and then later abandoned it too.
@itsscottsummers I feel like if that was what BBUK was about then they’d be able to talk about nominations.
+ There’s a difference between playing a game and justifying nastiness as gameplay.
@Elsiecrayfish Even so she seems a lot kinder than the other housemates, she’s never isolated or excessively bitched or singled anyone out.
I’d take someone full of themselves over bullies.
@tbh_46 It grosses me out how they edited Rochelle vs how they edited Johanne and Pauline.
Johanne was def outspoken and argumentative but not anywhere near as vitriolic and cruel as Rochelle. Hate that they keep trying to force scenes of her being relatable when she’s just a bully.
I genuinely think Omar takes offence to being called classless because he’s slow and doesn’t comprehend Sam was calling his behavior during the task classless not him as a person (though he is) #bbuk
