@LOFT I have called Loft customer service 9 times to get a gift card situation fixed, everyone tells me I will be receiving an email which doesn’t happen, then when I call back thry put me on hold only to be dropped. I have been a loft customer for 20 years, this is infuriating.
@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa I’ve called Lufthansa 5 times today to rebook a flight. Agent answers then hangs up !!! I can not believe the customer service here!
@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa Lufthansa has the most absolute customer service department. I got an email that my flight was canceled and I should contact them for a refund. When I did, they only refunded the taxes on the flight! MY FLIGHTS WERE CANCELLED!
@jcpenney I’m so upset! Bought two mattress sets three weeks ago and now on sale! You won’t give me a price adjustment! I haven’t even received them yet! Very disappointed
@ATT I AM furious. I spent 45 minutes with customer service to file an insurance claim. They then sent me asurion, they stated I don’t have insurance. Called ATT Customer service again And now they are telling me the previous call never happened!
