I addressed the 2nd communication titled
letter to Madlanga Commissioners-1 pdf to:

Said communication is 75 pages long , it expounds on the +136 Implicated Cartels, Syndicates and etc.

In said letter I said and I quote verbatim paragraph 2 thereof:

"2. The evidence before this Commission reveals a deliberate malicious strategy by SAPS leadership to confine the inquiry to Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala and the 'Big Five' cartel, while systematically excluding the 37 Extremely Dangerous cartels, 89 individuals, and 9 corporate fronts documented in 2
our 26-year analysis, including the 81 Cartels and State Employees, Judges and etc I listed in the first statement I filed with Madlanga
Commission, in this regard, see CONFIDENTIALSTATEMENT I emailed to
yourself. I implicate well over 108 Cartels, you cannot focus on small cartels and ignore my evidence/analysis. Your focus on CAT Matlala is a cover-up of thee biggest dangerous cartels ever. This is not an oversight—it is strategic concealment designed to protect:

a)International cartel partners (Sinaloa, PCC, Chinese Triads,Nigerian syndicates)whose exposurewould reveal the true scale of transnational drug trafficking
b)Senior SAPS generals implicated in protecting cartel networks beyond Matlala
c)Political figures whose connections extend beyond the Matlala-Mogotsi-Mchunu axis
laundering infrastructure that the 'Big Five' alone could not sustain
d)TheR100-150 billion money laundering

3. Concealment by SAPS Officers: The document explicitly states that
the same group ofSAPSofficers whoappeared beforethe three
Commissioners (Madlanga, Khumalo, Baloyi) concealed this critical information, thereby making the Commissioners 'fools.' The 3000 plus dossier allegesthattheevidenceleadersandadministrationatthe Commission are compromised by the SAPS, by limiting evidence to PKTT or
Matlala, stating, the Madlanga Commission is already infiltrated as was the
Zondo Commission, the current Evidence Leaders at Madlanga Commission
serve the Cartels I expose in this record. It is wrong for the Commission to
turn a bling eye to such records. In the alternative, Justice Madlanga should
recuse himself so that a retired judge can take over his position. The record
implicates his fellow judges, colleagues and magistrates."

The State is in the hands of Cartels, it is shocking to note how this Commission is withholding required security detail from witnesses and my person to expose me to assasins. Ramaphosa, SAPS, Commissioners, NATJOINTS, NPA, DOJ&CD are deliberately pulling the strings in that I implicate them, with criminals they protect to subvert and sabotage the State (i.e. the Republic of South Africa). Truth be told these criminals run the State.

For this reason, i enjojn the USA, UK, NATO NATIONS, XI to prepare a protection detail for my person of the this kind...

My tribe's land per State records is +/-368km km diameter, it contains all major minerals, including uranium, coal, gold, iron, manganese and etc.I require you to avail protection detail and swarm of tactical tools to safeguard my person since this corrupt government is ran by criminals in State.
