The War is Back: Iran Attacks Bases in 7 Countries While the U.S. Prepares Invasion
In the last 48 hours, American attacks destroyed 7 bridges, highways, a maritime observation tower, and various military targets along the coast of Hormuz and in Khuzestan, including police posts and civilian infrastructure, such as electrical facilities and water desalination pumps in Iran’s Hormozgan province.
There is no doubt that the war is back. The Americans are systematically destroying Iranian civilian and military infrastructure in several regions, as well as the connections needed to send reinforcements to these areas, which will continue to be bombed in the coming days.
After the defeat in the attempted invasion of Isfahan, disguised as a “pilot rescue” operation involving around 150 aircraft, the Americans appear to have reformulated the plan and are now acting more assertively: massively bombing coastal defenses, bridges, towers, and intensifying attacks on Khuzestan, the flat province and oil heart of Iran.
It appears that this entire package is part of the American invasion plan, which reportedly envisages the support of at least three European countries and two others, with the opening of three fronts and the occupation of Iranian islands. The operation apparently will have extensive air and naval support, along with around 25,000 troops. I will go deeper into this in the coming days.
The Iranian retaliation was severe. Iran opened fire on American bases in Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria and Jordan. Air raid sirens were activated in Amman, Zarqa, Al-Kharj, and Yanbu, with reports of American casualties at a Jordanian base.
The largest base in the region, Al Udeid in Qatar, was hit multiple times, and Iran claimed to have destroyed a long-range radar system installed in the area.
In Bahrain, in addition to multiple attacks on the U.S. 5th Fleet base, oil installations and refineries of Bapco Energies were also struck, as well as the country’s artificial intelligence center.
In Kuwait, Iran hit military installations hard, but also electrical and desalination facilities, causing fires and paralyzing operations.
In Syria, the target was the U.S. special operations command center at the Al-Tanf military base, located in the Syrian desert, which the United States had claimed to have evacuated in February, but remains active, likely training local forces.
What stood out most in this wave of Iranian attacks was the precision of the missiles launched against Al-Azraq air base in Jordan. This shows that the upgrade of Iranian missiles was successfully completed during the truce period, as I had reported was underway.
Iran did not need to open a corridor by destroying Patriot and THAAD radars: boldly, it struck targets in Jordan multiple times from nearly 1,000 km away, forcing the USAF to relocate its aircraft to Ben Gurion in Israel. A second American base in Jordan, Prince Hassan, was also hit days ago, consolidating the threat posed by the upgraded Iranian missiles in this resumption of the war.
Another situation that will keep many people in Pakistan up at night is that Iran opened fire on the American Prince Sultan base, as well as the Yanbu Logistic and Industrial Complex in Saudi Arabia.
This puts Pakistan, which plays an intermediary role, in a delicate position, since it renewed its defense pact with the Saudis.

Another night of games.
When Iran attacks a ship, it already knows retaliation is coming and roughly estimates where it will hit. The US, when carrying out that retaliation, already expects an Iranian missile attack in response and prepares for it. And both know their limits, but one side seems to have a plan to escalate at an opportune moment.
