I have a case open with the FRS: C278537

But their independent decision making process seems bizarre, are they funded by @DandG_Global

@DandG_Global @GasSafetyWeek @OmbudsmanUK I have, and you referred me to Flexible resolution services, who sent me a letter explaining why you couldn't fix my boiler under your insurance plan.

Your reasoning is that engineers 'googled this fault code' etc ...... Is this the level of service @DandG_Global provide?

...since been a long running legal battle around whether 'Dorothy Perkins' should be able to keep their name due to their association with the original Perkins brand
