6. Don't just know that God has given you a gift and then be inconsistent. Your gift isn't meant to be used once in a while, for a particular season or phase of your life, or only when circumstances are comfortable.
Don't settle for having potential; maximize your potential.

5. Guard your fire and keep it burning. Challenges will come, but don't let your fire go out. Results may be slow, but don't let that quench your fire. Keep putting your gift to use. Keep being a blessing to others.

4. Don't be a little flicker or spark. Don't be content with being a flame, and don't be smoke that is dying out. Be a growing, burning, blazing fire for God. Don't quench your fire by regularly comparing yourself with the gifts and achievements of others.

3. A key thing about a fire is its ability to spread. God-given gifts are like that — they can spread.
When you put your gift to use, your influence increases. More and more people are blessed and impacted by what God has deposited in you.

2. Fan your gift into flame. Without fuel, a flame dies out. Discovering your gift and putting your gift to use is the fuel that keeps it alive and burning.
Don't stay stagnant. Don't let what God has put in you die. Move from a flame to a fire.

1. You have a God-given gift or gifts on the inside of you.
Your gift should not be neglected or buried, even if you don't like it or desire another gift.
DON'T BURY, IGNORE OR DESPISE YOUR GIFT.

If it gives you another or bigger title but makes you lose your identity and position in Christ, it isn’t worth it.

If it makes you fit into a prestigious circle but causes you to compromise your values and convictions, it isn’t worth it.
