You could scale it up but then that’s not realistic which is going against what the new design philosophy was going for.

Learning to Airbend is one thing. Telling people how to change their culture from what they grew up with is another entirely.

These people aren’t Air Nomads and they shouldn’t be forced to be. If they want to be part of the culture, great, the Air Acolytes can help them too. If not, teaching them to Airbend isn’t the problem unless they really did not want to be a bender in the first place.
