@airtelindia Ihave taken a new connection today for wifi. I have requested for wired fiber connection. But the sales pwrson and technician has installed an AirFiber connection. The sales person has never infirmed me that and misguided. Now I am facing huge internet issue.

I have taken an Airtel internet connection. Ibhave ordered an wired internet connection. But the Airtel sales oerson has cheated and installed an Airfiber connection. Now there is no internet from day 1.

@amazonIN , @AmazonHelp @amazon Service in India had become very pathetic lately. Purchased one item and it was marked delivered, but was never delivered. Raised a resolution query 3 days back, but not resolved yet.

The customer service could not help either. Now theybare asking me to wait for 2 days to do investigation.
