For clarity: this proposal does not legalize counterfeits.

Snapchat needs real, foolproof age restrictions now. Adults and minors should NEVER be on the same social platforms ! period. Prevention matters so much more than punishment after the life-altering harm is already done.
If platforms like Snapchat were strictly 18+, predators wouldn't have such easy, direct access to our children. We need separate, protected digital spaces for minors that include real verification and strict safeguards.
Tech companies must be held accountable for the safety of their design, not just let off the hook while families pick up the pieces. It’s time to stop reacting to tragedies and start preventing them. Children’s safety is not up for debate. 🛡️���
