Not being able to bring his twin back home, after a falling out over their father's unfortunate passing.
He just wants his family to be whole again.
And it's a fear because his mother, Tazz, means the world to him, and he wants her to be happy again, too.
He'd nod.
From the offset, at the very moment she clenched her fists, he knew that she'd already been dealt a hand that wasn't the fairest.
"I... I'm very sorry that you master would... Go that far..."
His own fist clenched.
"You look strong! And I'm glad you're okay!"
—
" so, because i stuck out like a sore thumb, i tried to get strong. and one day my master started going really hard. . . and he blasted my face open, and then he. . . wouldn’t stop.
" but i’m okay now ! "
"Yeah, I know..."
Fidgeting with an apple in his hands, his gaze remained off of her, until he could overcome the awkwardness of the conversation.
"Me too..."
He'd offer a slight smile.
"S-So... What's your story?"
" well, it still sounds like it bothers you, fen. history is a part of us, you know . "
a small sigh of discontent as she heard his last few words.
" i hope you never encounter one again, ever . "
"I-I never knew other Luparians aside from my mom and twin brother... S-So..."
He sighed.
"I-It's not like I was alive when it happened. I-I've really only ever encountered a Luparian Hunter once..."
as his smile faded, her face darkened with the last of fen’s words. she fidgeted with her fingers a bit and whispered to him.
" i’m so sorry for your loss, fen. . . "
--special traits about them... I mean us... That made us really unique. T-There's a lot I was told about Luparians growing up, but...
Most of them were hunted and wiped out..."
His smile faded...
Her bright smile was rather pleasant to him; putting a barely noticeable pink hue to his cheeks.
"W-Well..."
He began, not wanting to overwhelm her.
"Luparians were devout pacifists and resided in the West Galaxy, from what my mother's told me. They had a whole culture and--
peach nods, clasping her hands together as her tail holds the mushroom, a bright smile on her face.
" luparian! that’s so interesting ! can you tell me more —? "
"Ask about wh-"
It took him a second, before he understood what she was trying to do.
"OH! I don't mind! I'm Half-Luparian, and Half-Saiyan.
Although... My Luparian traits kind of show more than my Saiyan ones do. I like them a lot, though."
He'd smile rather sheepishly.
Oh...
She moved closer; causing him to smile even more giddily.
He'd take her hand gently into his own, gloved one; shaking hers softly.
"No no, it's okay I promise! Peach... It's a nice name!"
He'd chuckle.
"I'm Fen!"
she gives a small wave, trotting a little closer and using her tail to hold her foraged shroom.
offering a hand.
" sorry if i interrupted anything. my name’s peach! "
Her movements did earn his returned attention to her; ears perking up and tail swaying a bit more when she did so.
And her greeting? That only got him to smile rather excitedly.
"Hiya! Didn't expect to run into someone else out here, Miss!"
tilting her head, but not wanting to be rude by staring, peach gives a soft sigh and closes her eyes.
bending to pick up the mushroom and it’s root, holding it in both hands.
" hello—! "
Away from home to get some fruit, to save money, the Half-Saiyan would stumble across the pink Saiyan; stopping to gaze at her, momentarily, before reaching up an apple tree to pull down a few apples.
He had an odd tail, and canine-like ears; the former swaying about.
ah,,
the pink saiyan has wandered off into the woods again. this time, barefoot, looking for a new plant to bring home for decoration.
she did find a really cool mushroom!
A continuingly widening gaze seemed to imply that his curiosities were reaching a peak. However, he'd let out a soft laugh, when the other looked at his own hair.
"Mine looks more like my dad's, but... I'm told I have mom's complexion. Her name's Tazz!"
He grinned.
Fen was only 6'1, and that left quite a differential in height, between the two hybrids. Regardless, a gentle grin revealed Luparian-like teeth, while Fen scanned Paragus.
"Yeah... I thought me and my brother were the only ones! Your hair reminds me of my mom a bit, though!"
His waving halted, when he caught sight of the other; gaze widening in confusion and intrigue, while perplexed expressions matched.
How ironic... He thought much the same; similar features making him slowly walk closer.
"Hey... You're... Kind of like me..."
Tending to his family's farm, Fen would be busy milking cows by the time the Sun started to come up over the horizon; a soft grin revealing fangs, as his fluffy tail swayed about.
"I can never get tired of the sunrise..."
--You're too kind. Thank you." Of course, while he was thanking her, he probably took both of her hands in his; a blissful smile etched on his face. He had a heart of gold, didn't he?
Sometimes, the poor half-Luparian tended to just throw on his clothes, and leave them rather wrinkled or messy looking.
When Tater straightened and fixed his clothes, a faint pink hue could be seen on his cheeks.
"Sorry... I didn't even notice how messy I looked, Tater.--
