Visited Schmidt’s - 4th generation Wisconsin dairy farmers. Small, 70 heifers. Their milk makes ~ 8% of the 2.5 million lbs Toppers uses each year. Very proud of how we do it. Also dropped in on Jeff Hiller, master cheese maker been turning their milk into our cheese for 20 years

Wedding Bells on Tour in Milwaukee. Amazing Exec Tony and his beautiful wife Gab hosted great evening on rooftop of Journeyman Hotel. Topperstix delivered hot and on time, and were promptly disappeared by young and old alike. Love to you Tony and Gab! On to Green Bay!
