Yuri Ushakov is an old-school diplomat. He spent a decade as Russia's ambassador in Washington and has been Putin's foreign policy aide since 2012. He chooses his words with care.
Western media quote him as saying "we need to talk with Europe" and read it as Moscow reaching out to Europe. However, there is a catch. There is no "we" in the original. Here is what he actually said.
He was asked why Washington can't simply dictate peace terms to Kyiv. Ushakov answered that after Anchorage it looked like Washington could. It didn't work, because Europe backs Kyiv. So it is necessary to talk "not only with Kyiv, but also with Europe."
Any Russian speaker understands who this impersonal "it is necessary" is addressed to. Moscow is not talking to Kyiv right now. Washington is. And Washington's "talking" to Kyiv means pressure. Ushakov's message to Washington: you pressure Kyiv, now pressure Europe too, or you won't get Kyiv to accept the terms.
He put it in an impersonal form so Washington doesn't feel it is taking orders from Moscow. That is how professional diplomats speak.
So Russia's position stays exactly where it was. Moscow still wants Washington to force its terms on Kyiv, and now on Europe as well.
Content of Tense Conversation Between Budanov and Trump's Team Revealed
Negotiations between the Ukrainian delegation and Donald Trump's special envoys in Miami, as reported by Le Monde, escalated into a conflict. According to the publication, during a three-hour meeting at the Shell Bay golf club, Steve Witkoff "with irritation" demanded that Kyrylo Budanov, head of Zelenskyy's office, cease strikes on Russian oil refineries.
Budanov, per Le Monde's information, "barely contained his anger" and felt that he was being "treated like a child, trying to teach him how to make money." The Americans presented an ambitious plan for postwar "regional prosperity," which envisioned resuming the transit of Russian oil and gas to Europe through Ukraine, with dividends paid to Kyiv.
Budanov was outraged that such a deal would tie Ukraine to Moscow, after which the negotiations broke off. When the meeting resumed, the Americans proposed accepting a deal for supplies of Russian diesel to the United States.
The publication's sources noted that they had never seen Ukrainians "so upset and alarmed." Zelenskyy's entourage described the situation as "hopeless," since Trump's envoys "think only about business."

BREAKING: The Pentagon’s Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) says Russia is developing a satellite designed to carry a nuclear weapon into orbit, potentially threatening thousands of spacecraft simultaneously.
In its newly released 2026 space threat assessment, the DIA warns that a nuclear detonation in orbit could disable or destroy thousands of satellites and create radiation belts lasting years, damaging spacecraft long after the initial explosion.
The threat extends beyond military satellites to GPS, communications, weather forecasting and critical commercial space infrastructure worldwide.
The report does not confirm that Russia has deployed a nuclear weapon in orbit.

Zachęcam do obejrzenia!

Something Is Changing: Governments Across Europe and the United States Are Telling Citizens to Prepare for Emergencies.
On October 22, Britain launched its new Be Ready campaign, urging households to prepare for 72 hours without essential services.
The European Union has issued similar guidance, while Finland, Sweden, Poland and the Baltic states are strengthening civil defence, shelters and evacuation plans.
In the United States, FEMA continues advising Americans to maintain emergency supplies and family preparedness plans.
Why now?
Governments are increasingly concerned about Russian aggression, cyberattacks, infrastructure sabotage, power failures and extreme weather.
The recommendations include drinking water, food, medication, batteries, emergency radios, cash and independent communication systems.
Europe is also rebuilding civil defence capabilities neglected since the Cold War.
This does not mean war is imminent.
But the message is unmistakable: Western governments increasingly recognise that modern societies are dangerously dependent on infrastructure that can fail or be deliberately attacked.
Preparedness is becoming a national security priority.
🇬🇧Britain's defence secretary just told NATO to get ready for war with Russia:
In Warsaw, Wes Streeting said: "We have to be ready for a scenario in which the United Kingdom and the NATO alliance finds itself at war with Russia."
"Not because we want war... but when Putin gives assurances that he has no intentions to provoke a war with NATO, we are reminded of what he said about Ukraine only days before the invasion."
I am deeply concerned by the escalating tensions between Russia and European countries. The absence of dialogue makes the situation extremely dangerous.
Time i running out...
BREAKING: 🇮🇷 Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei says the war can end if Trump accepts it's 7 demands. These are preconditions and non-negotiable.
Trump has already rejected them and intends to return to bombing now that Israeli elections are almost over.
1) Immediate release of all frozen Iranian funds/assets and $300 billion in reparations for war damages.
2) Official declaration/end of the war on all fronts, including the Lebanese arena (and related regional hostilities involving the “axis of resistance”). Removal of Isreali troops from occupied territories.
3) Cessation of American interference in Iran’s internal affairs. And removal of US forces from the region.
4) Severing of Washington’s cooperation with elements opposing the Iranian revolution (opposition groups). Those include Hezbollah and the Houthis.
5) Halting of all strikes on Iranian territory, including unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV/drone) activity and other attacks.
6) Removal/lifting of the US naval blockade on Iranian ports.
7) Acknowledges Iran's control of the strait with Oman.

„Pakt z Mekki” 🇸🇦🇵🇰🇹🇷 w rozmowach dyplomatycznych z Iranem.

A w Brazylii chcieli.
To kwestia czasu.
BIG | 🇸🇦🇮🇷🇾🇪‼️‼️ Saudi Arabia has reportedly offered the Houthis $1 BILLION in an Iran-mediated arrangement aimed at stopping attacks against the Kingdom. One diplomatic source even claims that the Saudi defense minister personally transported the money to Tehran aboard a military aircraft, although no transfer has been officially confirmed.
According to Israel Hayom, citing Gulf diplomatic sources, Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman traveled to Tehran to negotiate the proposed arrangement. The discussions reportedly involved Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalın, Pakistani army chief Asim Munir, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaee, and senior Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps officials. Saudi authorities have not confirmed the alleged payment, and the claim that cash was transported aboard a military aircraft remains unverified.
The reported negotiations would represent a significant attempt to reduce the threat of Houthi attacks against Saudi Arabia through direct regional diplomacy involving Iran. Riyadh has strong incentives to protect its infrastructure and avoid another prolonged confrontation, particularly amid wider tensions across the Middle East. However, the alleged financial arrangement raises questions about whether such an agreement could deliver lasting security or merely provide the Houthis with additional resources. Without official confirmation, the reported $1 billion offer and its proposed terms should be treated cautiously.

Today’s historic meeting in Iran sends a CLEAR SIGNAL to the world.
After decades of calling for regional security led by regional nations, Iran is moving toward a new framework alongside Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan.
The message is CLEAR: Regional peace and security must be built FROM WITHIN the region, by the nations of the region themselves.
In 5,225 Years of History, Iran Is More Powerful Than EVER. Today’s meeting on the eve of Israel’s elections is a SIGNAL to Netanyahu: Your Fall is Near Bibi. Jail awaits you.
France is expanding its nuclear deterrence role in Europe as confidence in U.S. security guarantees weakens.
Ten countries, including the UK, Germany, Poland and several Nordic nations, have joined Macron’s “forward deterrence” initiative.
The plan includes deploying French nuclear-capable fighter jets across Europe and improving intelligence sharing and early-warning systems to deter Russia.
The Baltic states are not included, while Italy has declined to join.
