Let’s salute the ones who died. The ones that gave their lives so that we can be free and safe every day right here in America 🇺🇸🫡

@Joeinblack Thank you for sharing your fondness and memories of these amazing Brothers and Mentors that God placed in your path. They have helped to cultivate and “grow” you to be the amazing priest you are today. The rest is all you “Joseph”, and what comes out of your mouth! ! 😂💕🙏🏽💕
“Jesus heart was moved with pity for them because they were troubled and abandoned, like sheep without a shepherd.”
When the sins and weaknesses of others prompt in us a desire to heal, we are closer to the heart of Jesus.
When we take His heart, we see that many of the people we identify as our enemies are actually the patients God has assigned us to care for/heal.

@Joeinblack Congratulations TVR Father Joe, Thank you for reflecting the light and love of Christ in our daily lives. For always pointing us toward God. We pray that He renews your strength and fills your heart with the same joy you bring to others. We love and appreciate you. 💕🙏🏽💕
I’m never confident in how to say it, whether it’s my 28th anniversary or 29th anniversary.
What I do know is that I start my 29th year as a Catholic priest today.
I’m so grateful to Jesus. I can’t believe this. There is nothing I would rather be doing.
I’m thankful for the prayers and patience of God‘s people. There is simply no way I would’ve made it without them.
I regularly try to make little rules for myself, and these are the three that are most important so far.
1. Act like I wish I felt.
Always be pleasant, patient and kind. Moody, grumpy Priests are a defining experience for many.
2. Fight to be a Priest.
A lot of people don’t want you to actually be a Priest. Your authorities want you to be a safe and capable administrator. Many of God‘s people want you to be a psychiatrist with a degree in Jesus. Fight to be a Priest.
3. You will fail at one and two if you do not pray.
