@RoyalMailHelp I called you today to find out what's happening with my packages that were due today, and a man named Paul spoke to me like crap. Condescending from the start and spoke to me like I was stupid! Even accused me of shouting at him! That's not the service I expect!

I know there are some people who won't believe a word I am saying, but unfortunately, I have to push back my return to streaming to next week. I have a severe case of tonsillitis and can barely talk. I've been laid up in bed for the last 4 days, and I miss solid foods 😪
