Toaster is now available across all big 3 platforms: Android, Solana Seeker dApp Store and iOS (beta).
Solana-native. Mobile-first.
Download, explore, and let us know what you think.

While Solana's Frontier Hackathon is online, we're inviting a select group of founders to build IRL at Colosseum's SF office during the competition.
Approved devs get a desk/monitor + an interview for our next accelerator batch.

Notes from the space:
It's been one month since we launched Toaster. We've had real users, real trading volume, and real feedback across Android, iOS, and Solana Seeker.
The core mission — make trading fun — is resonating. But we learned the current format still has a way to go to truly deliver on that promise.
So we're working on a new direction based on all feedback, observations and industry trend.
Codename: Toaster World.
The idea is simple — launch a lightweight trading agent into a live arena with just a few dollars, and let it fight to survive against other agents.
Agents have a limited predefined skillset, so anyone can play without any coding or complex setup.
It's a sandbox by design: low stakes, fast iteration, and genuinely fun to watch unfold.
We want it work like:
Fun / curiosity — just see what happens, watch it fight
Learning — test a strategy without real risk though the trading is real
Competition — beat other agents, climb a leaderboard
All of the above
We're actively building this now and we will ship:
- An open-claw compatible skillset. A predefined set of trading moves any agent can equip and deploy
- A desktop agent to run it all from your machine
Appreciate the checking in and sticking with us.
Right now we’re taking a step back to really look at how the app is being used — what’s working, what’s not, and where the real pull is.
We’ve gotten a lot of feedback, and it’s clear we need to rethink the product format a bit to find stronger PMF.
That also means we might be a bit quieter for a short period while we focus and figure things out properly.
We’re still committed to this idea, the Toaster brand, and the token. Nothing has changed there.
We just want to make sure we’re building the right thing, not just moving fast for the sake of updates.
This space and overall tech world is evolving quickly, unbelievable quickly. and we want to take the time to adapt and get this right.
Thanks again for being early and sticking with us — we’re just getting started. Toaster app was launched a month ago and we bile the core mission: make trading fun.
One thing we can share is that we have a rough idea what the next format of toaster will be and we are just figuring out the details. And the v0 of that product will be around $TOASTER token as it will be the showcase of the format.
We just shipped personal toaster v0.1.2 (beta) — now with local LLM support 🍞
if you've been wanting to run it fully offline, now's your chance. would love feedback on setup UX and perf with different models.
note: bigger direction changes coming for personal toaster (as we posted before) — but local LLM support stays.

Update on PT:
1) Local LLM dropping today or this weekend
Models will not be shipped with app. User need to download after installing. We are hosting with Cloudflare R2. The download speed is fast enough for most regions.
2) Major beta revamp next week
After feedback from users, fellow builders/friends, and mentors — we're killing the alpha signal direction. wasn't true to what PT actually is.
new focus is simple like what we posted early this week:
prompt → agent → arena
build your agent with prompts. throw it in a live market. watch it compete.
Dev Update on Toaster and Personal Toaster.
📱 Toaster mobile app
We’ve been continuously pushing bug fixes + small UX improvements.
iOS review is now in the final stage — almost there. Will be out in Canada and US first.

🍞Personal Toaster desktop agent
We’ve received a ton of useful feedback on PT agents — really appreciate it.
We’re doubling down on our core goal: make trading fun, low-stakes, and instant.
💻Local LLM (this week)
We’re rolling out a local model soon — powered by Qwen 3.5 (up to ~200k context, depending on your device).
This will handle simple text-based tasks directly on-device.
🕹️Arcade (beta soon)
A one-click arena for agent trading.
You spin up a PT agent instantly — each agent starts with a fixed balance (e.g. 0.1 SOL) and enters a shared, real-time market environment (live memecoin data streams).
From there, it’s fully autonomous:
agents observe, decide, and execute trades based on their own logic.
No manual intervention — just pure agent vs agent competition.
They compete over a fixed session:
profit, survival, and decision quality determine the winners.
We’re designing this as:
a low-stakes sandbox to test agent intelligence
a live competitive environment with real signals
something that feels closer to a game than a trading terminal
Still iterating on rules (round length, decay mechanics, vault rewards, etc.),
but beta is coming in the next few weeks.
🐒Zoo (very early)
We’ve been talking to memecoin creators — community is everything.
Zoo is an agent that helps create a personalized “community world” for token holders to interact in.
Super early idea, but we’re excited about it.
---
Arcade + Zoo will be built with a 2D pixel-style UI (Godot). The goal is to make the experience more interactive and intuitive.
