1/3 of companies aren't creating enough ad creatives.
With AI, there's no reason to be limited to a handful of creatives. You can test more hooks, angles and concepts without the traditional production costs.
I've built a free AI ad swipe file that's updated daily - with a new ad added every day. ๐

DAILY WINNING AD BREAKDOWN ๐จ
Brands are printing with these simple, boring Ai adverts...
Their ICP is reading every word, nodding, thinking "how do they know me so well?"
The Ai ad follows the standard script to the letter,
Point out a pain point, sell the outcome.
Btw I post one of these daily in my free community ๐
DAILY WINNING AD BREAKDOWN ๐จ
Pixar animations are popping off, meta LOVES videos that don't feel like an "AD" so the CPM instantly drops.
Tell a story through the ad, start with the problem, take the viewer through all objections, close with the desired outcome for ICP.
Ai will open so many creative ad opportunities that previously would've cost thousands of $$$ & a shite tonne of time to produce.
Retweet + comment "AD" and I'll DM you a free swipe file of winning ads.
(Must be following, or the DM won't send)
Seedance = ๐
Imagine how low the CAC is when your customer sees a reflection of themselves, and an outcome they desire.
Ai ads are the future, theres no better targeting than someone you can prompt yourself to do and say whatever you'd like.
This specific ad isn't just Ai slop, it's a fully produced and edited video, which most likely cost the brand less than $1 to make, imagine how expensive and time consuming it would've been to get a a genuine 60/70 year old to do this.
Retweet + comment "AD" and I'll DM you a free swipe file of winning ads.

In 2024, Meta rolled out a new ad system and most marketers still don't understand it.
Here's the breakdown.
The old model was Traffic, Leads, ATC, Purchase funnels. It worked great until iOS 14.5 broke it, and most brands never adapted.
Think of the old algorithm like a sea lion. Smart for an animal, but it only does what it's rewarded for. If you fed it traffic campaigns, it learned "get more traffic," not "get more sales." It wasn't broken. It was just doing exactly what you trained it to do.
The new system replaced that sea lion with three layered AI systems: Andromeda, GEM, and Lattice.
Andromeda is delivery and scale. It decides when and where your ad shows up.
GEM understands the customer deeply. Their preferences, their impulses, what they're likely to do next.
Lattice is the accountant. It keeps GEM honest, making sure it's not just chasing a dopamine hit but actually driving results.
Here's why this matters:
Targeting is basically moot now. Running dozens of scattered campaigns doesn't give the algorithm enough signal to optimize anything. Simplicity wins.
Think of your ads manager as a supply company. The more consistent your relationship and the more message variety you give the algorithm, the more it delivers your ads to the right people.
So what should you actually do?
Consolidate your learning into as few campaigns as possible. Let the algorithm cook instead of confusing it with structure.
Focus everything on creative velocity and message diversity. That's what feeds the machine now.
Make sure your landing pages convert. Not pretty, just clear. Strong bullets, real urgency, a clean CTA, no clutter.
No more babysitting ad sets and targeting. Build a strong relationship with the algorithm and let it find your buyers for you.

Meta changed its entire ad network in 2024 and 2025, and most advertisers still don't understand what happened.
They introduced three systems: Andromeda, Lattice, and Gem.
The two that actually decide which ads you see are Andromeda and Lattice.
Andromeda is the retrieval system. It's using AI to scan millions of ads and pull out the thousand best ones for your feed.
Here's the part that matters: Andromeda can now read and scan your actual images and videos. It understands your transcript, your visuals, the words on your screen, and who that ad is actually built for.
That means your targeting settings matter way less than they used to. Your creative is now doing the targeting.
Once Andromeda pulls the top ads, Lattice ranks them. Engagement, quality, conversion. It's predicting what benefits the advertiser and what the scroller will actually want to see.
Conversions on Meta are incredibly low compared to the volume of impressions. Retrieval and ranking exist to close that gap, so advertisers get more for their money and scrollers don't feel bombarded.
So what does this actually mean for you as a marketer?
One, your creative does your targeting. A strong, clear video will find your ideal buyer faster than any targeting setting ever could.
Two, volume with diversity. You need enough ads to compete, but more importantly, different types of ads to catch different buyers at different stages.
Three, make content, not ads. Ads that look like regular posts consistently outperform ads that look like ads.
Four, and the most important: how you make decisions. Use the algorithm's data. It shows you who your buyer actually is, how to scale into finding more of them, and when to kill an ad versus scale it.

The best hooks for your Facebook ads are way simpler than people make them out to be.
Save this for your next batch.
Number one, my favorite: "If you're XYZ, pay attention."
If you're a roofer, if you're a contractor, if you're a salesperson, pay attention. You'll get exactly who you want watching that ad. Guaranteed.
Number two: "Most XYZ are ABC because..."
For example, most roofers deal with low-quality leads because of this. Call out the avatar, call out the pain point. Simple.
Number three: "The reason you XYZ is..."
The reason you can't seem to close a single deal over the phone is this. You're not directly calling out the avatar, but you're speaking to a problem they have immediately. This stops them in their tracks every time.
Number four: "XYZ is ABC."
Roofing is hard. Sales is hard. You can get a little more creative with this one.
The point of all these hooks is the same: say who you want and explain the problem they're having. Don't overcomplicate it.
Test these out on your next batch of ads.

Most marketers on Meta are aimlessly running ads with zero direction.
Here's the framework that changes that:
Persona. Angle. Hooks.
A persona is a type of person. Mom, dad, doctor, whatever fits your business.
An angle is what that person actually wants. The outcome they're chasing.
Look at AG1. Same product, completely different angles:
Gut health for one persona.
Skin and nails for another.
Sleep and recovery for another.
That's how they scaled from a basic greens powder into a massive brand.
Hooks come last. It's whatever you say or show on screen to grab that specific person.
Here's why this matters:
If you're already making money, you don't need to guess. Research your customers. Reverse-engineer the commonalities. Age, location, desire.
That's your personas, angles, and hooks right there.
Then track it.
Which combo is working. Where the money's actually going.
At scale, this becomes everything. Fatigue hits, cost per acquisition creeps up, and your ability to find the right message for more people is what keeps you growing.
So go write it down.
Who's your persona?
What angle, what do they actually want?
What's your hook?
Execute on it.

Hook = problem outlining
Outcome = shown within 3 seconds
Target audience hit instantly due to male avatar, not sure why the Ai voice is female though.
CTA shown 3 seconds in, however could be clearer (will not affect ICP buying intent.)
Improvements:
Male voice explaining his own problems, introducing product as solution, selling the outcome.
I've compiled about 30 of the best winning Ai ads I can find...
