@orgnl_vntnr@evandyer@thehill The calls to abolish it has already begun, despite how you feel it has been working. Under no circumstances should someone not received the majority of the people's vote be elected president. In no other case do we allow this situation to occur.
@orgnl_vntnr@evandyer@thehill And what makes you think that the same won't happen with it?? It's just a matter of time before the majority realize that they are being controlled by the minority.
@hulkman2@thehill You really don't do so well in the understanding dept. I said they are elected by the people the constitution authorized to put them in power. If the founders wanted direct election for judges, they would have done so.
@orgnl_vntnr@Pattypan@thehill The constitution is not etched in stone. It says in the preamble: We are endowed with rights, among these are life, liberty...... The key word there is " among. " Meaning that there are rights not enumerated in the constitution, hence the ability to amend it.
@hulkman2@thehill Read your question again and tell me how your response fit into that??? Secondly, Judges aren't unelected; They are elected by the people the constitution authorized to make their selection.
@Travis_in_Flint She rejected him! No means f**king NO!! What don't you egomaniac understand??? But it's just like Donald to force himself on America after she said NO. What you call " save, " she calls it a violation!!!
