@mmarciniak3@susanwalvius Glad to see some female founders offering what seems to be a great product but you may want to look into your customer service practices. @SHEEX
@SHEEX I was originally going to exchange but given the high price point and lack of customer service, I'm not even going to chance it. This is an easy business win as there are so many startups offering customer service software/services. Do better. And process my return.
@SHEEX I'm actually bewildered that a modern operating company doesn't response to ANYTHING. I have sent 3 nope, FOUR emails and TWO voicemails. I just want to return the dang sheets! So are you going to process my return or naw?
@IKEAUSA and I have a Tasker arriving in 2-2.5 hrs. I just want a dresser to put my clothes in and now it's turned into a saga. Kind of like sho[ping at the understaffed East Palo Alto store on a Saturday. Please revisit Ops 101. The inefficiencies are glaring.
@IKEAUSA I can't call anyone, I can't find where to put in my request for a replacement part, and I don't even know if I will be able to get one going to my local store.
Hey @LinkedInHelp maybe the #ConsumerTeam@LinkedIn missed your email. < 2 wks into my account resetting for the month and I'm already approaching my commercial limit. So please tell me...what's the point of paying?
@LinkedIn@LinkedInHelp Maybe you just need a super smart + versatile MBA grad to take a fresh look at the underlying use cases. I know #B2BisKing but you can't forget/ignore the talent that brings the B2Bers to the platform. Our use cases are important too. ##HireMe#ICanHelp
So $250 grand in grad debt & $30 a month for a job searcher just isn't enough? This is THE 2ND MONTH I've reached my commercial limit with a wk+ left in the billing cycle. My next option? $60/month. Would love to see how @LinkedIn arrived at this pricing strategy. @LinkedInHelp
