@THEChrisKessell I've done it wouldn't say I was great at it. I watch my director do it countless times. He's coached professionally and he handles it like a pro. His training are high level no time waisted with everyone involved. Definitely takes a special skill.
@CoachMattLA The 6th clip of the squatting walks killed my son's knees it didn't make him stronger in any way. I hated that coach he was such a jack ass we didn't stay long and he didn't last long after we left.
@showers71177@StumpGuyTy In our area we have green waist centers you can drop whole logs, brush and stump grindings anything you can pretty much mulch or compost and they turn around and sale it.
@PaulSpacey I really like the gap year option. We were planning that for my now 18yr old when he started high school but he had a few injuries ended up getting surgery to repair his hip labrum and he called it quits. He didn't want to be in pain anymore.
@alexlubyansky_ You're trying to build your own platform that goes against both. Your opinion is biased. From my experience our local mls nxt club has under 400 players and has sent 10 to pro academies and one is currently playing pro. The ecnl club sends kids to college consistently. 🤷♂️
@IHateSoccerPod@MLSNEXT When MLS announced the "Academy" division it was called tier 2. Our club still calls it tier 1 and tier 2 with our parents and internally
