Life costs more for disabled people. And the costs are rising π
In 2025, disabled households would need an extra Β£1,095 per month to have the same standard of living as non-disabled households.
This is called the #DisabilityPriceTag π·
Proud @scope have backed and supported this. Tommorrows disabled people will be worse off than today's. There is no rationale behind the 4 point rule. Let's hope MPs do the right thing.
And this is why the Bill needs to be delayed. The 4 point rule will affect all future claimants (and therefore all claimants at some point). And struggle to see a Review concluding in Autumn next year changing the November date
