1 billion plays 🚀
7.5 years, 994 episodes, 10,000 hours with AirPods in.
There’s a screenshot here from when the show had already been going for 3 months, I’d published an episode every week and the total plays across the whole catalogue was 3. Not 3000, or 300, 3.

The single biggest cause of vague thinking is avoidance. You can waste years in passive mode ruminating on problems that could be solved with one day of specific focus. If you stare into vagueness hard enough, specificity stares back into you.
The stress of failure will damage you more than failure itself.
Because failing is progress. Fail forward, fail faster and eventually you’ll get it right.
The worst place to be is uncommitted to a decision. Sitting on the fence feels like a safe bet except that you don’t get the benefit of making the right choice or the lesson from making the wrong choice.
You don’t achieve anything or learn how to.
(This is a personal reminder)
When things get tough, it’s useful to think of it like a filter. This difficult thing will filter out those who cannot endure it. Push through and you’ll be amazed by who you become in the process.
@ChrisWillx Hey Chris,
How do you keep passions from becoming metrics to achieve? For example; you love podcasting and pickleball but do both feel like play to you or do you separate your approach to “work” and “play”?
Your podcast changed my life and is helping me in my lonely chapter:)
