Registered complaint with Financial Ombudsman regarding @monese who froze my account without warning or explanation. 3.5 weeks later still no communication. @NorrisKoppel is CEO of this sham bank. Don’t touch it, people, it’s clearly unfit.

@NorrisKoppel 2 + weeks since my account was frozen - no warning, no explanation + zero communication. Out of desperation I raised an official complain with the Financial Ombudsman Authority. Anyone with issues with @monese do the same
