If the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends representatives to go to the US and sign partnership and sponsorship agreements with American musicians, publicists, entertainment lawyers and journalists, whoever signs such a deal will spend 5 years in federal prison for violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

In Nigeria, the US equivalent of the MFA (US State Department) has been doing exactly the same thing for the past 2 decades, embedding itself all over Nigeria's cultural and media spaces, and the natives involved are rather basking in the glow of being the "special selected few" chosen by Father Christmas Hamirikkka.

Nigeria has no FARA, so it is an open highway for anyone to come in and do as they please. The energetic, actively-consenting, long-suffering ashawo who always gets robbed by her clients and never gets paid, but who thinks enduring abuse from white men is a badge of honour, so her legs never close.

When that revolution comes and you see people like Osi Suave facing summary execution alongside your Aisha Yesufus and Yemi Adamolekuns, and all your celebrity artists immediately disappear into exile, don't even waste your breath shouting about "dictatorship" and "human rights" because you sef go collect.

Of course it's possible.

We're talking about the country whose people believe that Muslims did 9/11 because 2 Boeing 757s crashed into twin skyscrapers specifically designed to withstand impact from airliners, and against all laws of physics, the jet fuel fire somehow melted and pulverised 110 floors worth of construction grade steel beams, collapsing the structures into their own footprint - but paper passports belonging to Saudi and Sudanese men who had just finished flight school a few weeks prior somehow survived the inferno.

Because as we all know, it is famously possible to learn basic flying with Piper and Cessna light aircraft, then 5 weeks later you can hijack a 100-seater civil airliner and carry out a complicated flight maneuver with needle-like accuracy through some of the world's most heavily restricted and policed airspace above New York, and NORAD won't scramble fighter jets to shoot you out of the sky because - wait for it - NORAD was carrying out a training simulation at the exact same time for the exact same scenario, and they "didn't realise it was happening for real". (Yes that's the official story!)

Oh, and a 3rd building nearby also spontaneously collapsed into its own footprint afterward for absolutely no reason at all. Maybe the Magic Muslim Pilots gave it emotional distress.

Americans who believed that shit and subsequently queued up to join their military to go murder innocent black and brown poor people on the other side of the world for the next 20 years, will believe absolutely anything.

For people wondering where this is coming from, this is because Abdul Hadi Awang - president of PAS (largest political party in Malaysia by federal seats) - threw a bombshell during a speech at his annual party congress.

A common misconception among Science and Technology people is the idea that they determine the fate of humanity and they run the world.

Actually, the world is entirely ruled and dominated by those who understand the Humanities. It is not those who use test tubes and operate EUV machines that chart the course of history. It is those who understand and wield the levers of Economics, Money, Business, Politics, War, History, Government, Sociology, Marketing, Media and Anthropology.

It is because Humanities are infinitely more important than Science that all major Pharmaceutical companies - which purportedly exist to cure diseases and save lives - have a spreadsheet where they compare the potential financial revenues from any new medicine to the anticipated financial costs from compensation for injury and death resulting from it, and the decision to launch the drug into the market or not depends on how big the difference between both numbers is.

The white-lab-coat Science Guy may have taken a Hippocratic oath to save every life when he can and to do no harm, but the black suit Business Guy who is a shareholder in the company that pays Science Guy's salary, has no such concerns and sees human lives as numbers on a spreadsheet.

Unfortunately, Lab-coat Guy is little more than an employee. A tool. Whatever Business Guy or Politics guy or Government guy wants him to do is what he will do. So Lab-coat Guy will use his lifesaving knowledge of medical science to develop bioweapons for Government Guy.

He will accept funding from Racist Politics Guy to write research papers claiming that Black women feel less pain than white women during childbirth, and shouldn't be given anaesthetic.

Business Guy who pays his salary will instruct him to use 200 innocent children in Kano as nonconsenting subjects in a medical trial where 11 of them die and half of the remaining end up with life-changing injuries - and he will do everything he is asked.

During a pandemic. Business guy will lobby his friend Government Guy for expedited permission to market an unfinished vaccine, and then make Lab-coat guy push out that experimental vaccine to millions of people without knowing anything about its side effects or contraindications.

Government Guy will then make a law that Lab-Coat Guy's friend Tech Guy who owns the social media platform where people complain about the vaccine must label anything that threatens Business Guy's interests as "vaccine misinformation" and restrict their accounts.

If thousands of people end up dead or disabled as a result, and Government Guy can no longer help, Business Guy's good friends Legal Guy, Journalist Guy, Money Guy, and PR & Marketing Guy will be drafted in to save the day so that Lab-Coat Guy can go back to working on whatever next he is asked to.

The world is ruled the Humanities, not by Science.
