OLODO UPRISING: Why are you angry?
Are you an Olodo?
Ycee did great.
For years, education in Nigeria has not just been neglected, it has been deliberately mocked, diminished, and repackaged as irrelevant. They coined phrases like
“School na scam” and sold intellectual laziness as wisdom.
People laughed.
Those phrases are subconscious instruments. Repeated enough, they become cultural programming. They quietly erode respect for learning, critical thought, evidence, and civic responsibility.
And from that soil grows voter apathy.
The OLODO UPRISING is not merely about poor academics. It is a rebellion against reason itself.
When a citizen proudly says:
“I no dey vote, dem don select who dem want.”
That is not political awareness.
That is intellectual surrender disguised as realism.
An informed population asks questions and people accountable.
An uninformed population excuses failure.
That is why they hate Obidients
And if your political conviction can be purchased for ₦3,500 per tweet then your problem is not poverty.
It is the exchange of your brain for
tiri-K-5.
Majority of these Olodos seem permanently stationed in the sewage wing of APC, where anti intellectualism is worn like a badge of honour.
If the future of a nation means nothing to you because immediate gratification means everything, then yes, OLODO is not an insult.
It is a diagnosis.
And God will pun!sh you.
The surge in banditry and kidnappings is as a result of the Olodo uprising.
What do we expect when we elect fools (like the president who is a grand patron of olodos), and platform idiots.
Until we rise up to curb it, we’re about to experience a level of degeneracy like never b4
