Overlooked Chemicals in Food May Be Making You Sick
You’ve cut out seed oils. You check every label. But a new study suggests something else may be slipping through.
It’s not just what you eat—it’s what your food touches that could be making you sick.
One chemical is so toxic, it was once used in war.
What researchers uncovered could explain a lot more than just cancer and infertility.

#Walking is great your #nervous system. Before you decide anything, walk on it. If you’re stuck in freeze: walk. When you’re in fight or flight: walk. When you feel like there’s no hope: walk. When you don’t know what to do: walk. Walking regulates your emotions & helps your brain
Train your body to crave #healthy foods. Eat "clean" #diet for two to three weeks — cutting out all processed foods and sugar. Reintroduction will help you identify the foods that lead to cravings, energy slumps, digestive distress, and unwanted symptoms in your unique body.
@RobertKennedyJc Yes. Ditch seed oils and beware that not everyone does well on butter, lard and/or coconut oil. Small amounts of Olive oil also can be helpful for some, too.
After reading "The Cancer Resolution?: Cancer reinterpreted through another lens" by Mark Lintern, I wanted to recommend it. Dr Nasha Winters wrote the Forward. This book has valuable information for both doctors and those diagnosed with cancer and if I were diagnosed with cancer, I would be rereading it! I hope you enjoy the updated article. https://t.co/FkN7R9QZrQ
@RobertKennedyJc This is one way but not everyone responds positively to this approach. Others can benefit from increasing berries, fruits and veggies and reducing fats and most grains (especially gluten) with or without meat later in the day.
This will work for many, AND it’s important to recognize individual differences/needs.
Carbs from fruits, vegetables and even honey can be crucial/healthy for most people too.
While low carb is the current fad, for many it can stress the body and increase cortisol levels.
Real food (ideally regeneratively grown/raised, whole or minimally processed) and clean water are key!
Connection with others and something greater than one’s ego along with some movement outside (ideally in nature) are also essential to MAHA
If @RobertKennedyJr wants to find huge opportunities for the public well being, he can start with the 5000 Americans who die every week from “problems in hospitals” according to a peer reviewed study by Johns Hopkins School of Medicine physicians. That’s 250,000 lives a year. And the physicians' said that was the most conservative estimate. So what has @HHSGov been doing about this? Very little—except to recommend doctors and nurses wash their hands between patients, which is a good idea.
