@vasafitness if I sign up for one session that’s all I want and will sign up for more if need be but they will trap you and beat you down with payments. @PlanetFitness would never. I will be cancelling and taking all my payments and talents right up the road to them.

@VASAFitness They tell you the account needs to be current, so you pay that. Then they say oh you have to give a 30 day notice ( mind you, the training is billed biweekly @ 90.00) so that’s 90.00 + 180.00 =$270.00 just to cancel for a extra enrollment initiated by them.

@VASAFitness and to be treated with the utmost disrespect is a slap in the face. All I wanted to do was cancel the personal fitness training after my initial session was complete and it is literally like pulling teeth. This is so ridiculous for extra training I never asked for.

@VASAFitness I just asked a CSR for the corporate address and the man just sat there and told me he didn’t know. Then he finally asked if I wanted to be xferred to escalation team when 3 weeks ago another rep claim there was “no one else who could help me” Liars!!!
