Wanna know how worthless corporate audits are? Last year, legal went to one of my offshore people to get proof that we were doing certain things. One of the requests had nothing to do with us, but the "proof" offshore provided was accepted by the audit as proof things were being done correctly. 😅

The request that did apply to us was filled with all sorts of rubbish because the offshore person didn't understand the request. (And who could blame him, certainly not me.) But here to, all of the nonsense was accepted as "proof" that we are doing things correctly according to the audit rules.

Corporate audits are such a waste of time, invented so that the folks running the corporations can claim to be doing amazing when in fact they are worthless.
