I used to think I was too self-aware for therapy. Now I know my “self-awareness” was part of the problem.

Healthy people don't spend hours analysing every thought, dissecting every trauma, analysing every reaction, trying to figure out what's wrong with them.

You need to get out of your head and back into your life.
