Attending the Covenant International Model United Nations has been an incredibly insightful experience so far.

I had the privilege of delivering the opening plenary speech for the Republic of Colombia and also leading the speakers’ list as the first speaker of the session.

Beyond that, the experience has been filled with insightful conversations, powerful ideas, and meaningful exchanges from excellent speakers.

It has also been great meeting and connecting with people in real time, building networks, sharing perspectives, and learning in the process.

Impact is truly being made, and I look forward to what the rest of the conference holds.

Kidney failure is on the rise and it’s alarming. It used to be a disease mostly seen in people in their 40s, 50s and above. Now, people as young as 20 are having their kidneys pack up.

I cannot emphasize this enough: please check your blood pressure religiously.
