@TamesideCouncil SHOCKING! Customer service!! I reported a missed collection (7th July)of the green bin , twice on the app, an twice by fone, and was told "carnt you go to tip" and we will try an get back to you, now we have maggots in the bin!! Now environmental heath issue🤬

@AldiUK I found this piece of wood in with chicken I've bought! I phoned customer services an been given a reference number to get a refund in store, so I have to queue for 30mins an make a unnecessary journey!!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE😡
