@stevehunsaker1 Saw something similar on TaskRabbit once for house cleaning. Booked a guy for $42/per hour, he messages me back and says, 'thanks for booking, here are the rates'.
$85 per hour, per cleaner yadda yadda yadda.
He was farming out the work, using his profile.
Dang. Driving for dollars is such a great move.
Maybe make the investment? Fly up, rent a car and scope out neighborhoods.
This would give you a really good vibe on each neighborhood, where to avoid and where to go after. Plus, you could build that list of property owners to contact.
@juliusmarchi Definitely paint the walls, but leave the wood white. That will give it a really nice dual color and make that bathroom look really new with those new features.
@juliusmarchi My properties are across the country, but even if they were across the street, I’d hire a property manager.
You already know, rentals are not passive, but a PM makes them a little bit passive.
