Had a thought today that the pursuit of productivity doesn’t align with what I want to get out of art right now.

I’m trying to see a reality where a productive result isn’t the goal, and feeling recharged and restful is.

i re-drew my brother @mordiggin ‘s character Adlen!

I wanted to demonstrate some techniques he might want to encorperate in his style (also after he coloured his image, we realized he forgot to do the occlusion line-art pass that he usually does with his art).

A long time ago, I decided I would make finished illustrations that weren't just practice, even though I had no where near mastered fundamentals.

So all my art is my practice, successes, and failed attempts, that I share with you :)
