This is a bit long but important i think: Yesterday my cousin Sarah, who is Jewish (from Australia) and lives in The Bronx and works as an elementary school teacher (she has some stories about ICE i can tell you) went to Brooklyn with her friend Tish. And she wore the keffiyeh that i sent to her from Hirbawi, in Palestine. She wears it all the time in The Bronx. They went into a busy cafe for lunch, and after they sat down, two young Jewish women and their male companion confronted them almost immediately. Sarah (unlike me) looks very Ashkenazi Jewish indeed. Her friend Tish is African American. Anyway, they tried to ignore the three Zionists, who would not be placated. They demanded that she remove what they called 'the Hamas scarf' and also made really racist remarks to Tish. No one intervened. No one. It was only when the man said, 'You deserved to be raped for being a traitor,' that the cafe owner intervened and asked ALL of them to leave. That included Sarah and Tish, who had done nothing. This was in a part of Brooklyn that isn't particularly Jewish either.
This is antisemitism. This is what antisemitism looks like. Jews attacking Jews who do not support the Israeli genocide of Palestine. And this is Zionism worldwide. It cannot continue. Zionism is a racist and fascist ideology intent on destroying Palestine and anyone who stands in their way. Enough!
