Most countries have stronger enablers than safeguards, but both remain underdeveloped. Key gaps exist in data protection, cross-border flows, and cybersecurity. Stronger safeguards and harmonized regulations are needed to build trust in the data economy, FYI, WBG
Attention is required to address the future! There is need to focus on the Non Technical Internet users, so that internet fraud and other malicious activities can be detected when their cybersecurity intelligence is strengthened. Comment your opinion!
