Not the best place to find me, but where is?
I love the smell of burnt bridges in the morning 🔥

Today in Tolkien's Middle-earth: Third Age 3021, Frodo and Bilbo arrive at the Grey Havens, and sail west with Gandalf, Elrond and Galadriel.

Gandalf says: "I will not say: do not weep; for not all tears are an evil." But we do all, indeed, weep.

@slendernoia This is one of my favorite things in the whole entire world. I love seeing my friends claiming happiness for themselves.

[Frenetic Dishwater 🐺 @TokyoDishwater]

@slendernoia I'm proud of you too 🥰 it's hard to take struggle and choose personal growth, and you've done that in spades.

[Frenetic Dishwater 🐺 @TokyoDishwater]

Call animals Fur Babies, and nobody bats an eye.

Call babies Skin Pets, and everyone loses their minds.

Someone in my mentions today said that biphobia and policing who belongs at Pride and who they are allowed to bring just ‘hurts a couple of cishet bfs feelings.' Actually, no. That's a WILD misunderstanding of why it's bad.

Extraordinary new discovery: a Bronze Age hall unearthed near the so-called royal tomb of Seddin, north of Berlin. It's the largest known building of its kind from the Nordic Bronze Age (ca. 2200-800 BC)

@heavenlymotherr @Swilua I got that second one a LOT in high school

[Frenetic Dishwater 🐺 @TokyoDishwater]

@ItsNeeksYeah Both Dreamfever and Flesh & Fire series have excellent fem protagonists and meet those standards! Dreamfever is a bit dated, but good. Flesh & Fire has basically a trained courtesan as the FMC who is powerful and self-aware (I don't know anything about the authors, though).

@Echolalius1 @aureliawelde @sk8cello @ldsfootnotes I'm not ignoring sources, you haven't provided a single one. 🤷‍♀️
I'm a trained historian and have thoroughly reviewed the sources in my own time. But you're making the claim-- burden of proof is on you .
