I disagree.

The first female boss I ever worked with was during my IT at Rite Foods Ltd in the Quality Control department. Miss Blessing was amazing, truly the best supervisor anyone could ask for.

In my final year, my project supervisor was also a woman. Prof. Ugbaja was equally supportive and exceptional.

Currently, I work with a female founder, Mrs. Maryam, and honestly, she's been great to work with.

In my experience, female bosses have been nothing but amazing.

I've also worked with male bosses and never had issues with them either. Maybe I've just been lucky when it comes to bosses. 😊
