After reading the jury instructions I’m hoping for an acquittal. However I believe the jury is more likely to find Karmelo Anthony GUILTY of Manslaughter rather than Murder. If he is convicted I think he may have some strong issues to raise on appeal. At the end of the day none of us are in that jury room and God’s will shall be done. I pray peace for both families.

Here are screenshots of the Judge's charge to the jury in the Karmelo Anthony murder trial. It's the instructions they follow to determine whether the defendant's actions met the requirements of murder or manslaughter. If they don't meet the requirements of either he will be found not guilty.

If the roles were reversed I’d feel the same way. A push is an act of aggression and people have the right to defend themselves. The question isnt whether force was used its whether the level of force was justified. Thats why I think manslaughter is a more realistic outcome than murder. U seem more interested in a result than in the legal standard. Maybe you want him to be convicted of murder so bad just bc he is black. Idk 🤷‍♂️

@PhillyHODLer @jdmiles11 No. Murder was a stretch but manslaughter is more appropriate I believe based on the facts I believe to be true. I didn’t get to see the evidence so it’s a guessing game. Let Gods will be done. This situation is sad and unfortunate for everyone.
