@AdobeCare It just finally let me, however, it's still taking 8-9 minutes to launch

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare I followed the steps. 7 minutes have gone by and it is still unresponsive

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare It's ridiculous how much time I've lost troubleshooting the adobe apps

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare I've tried to launch it 3 times since the last tweet I sent. unresponsive all 3 times

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare no, it takes 3-5 minutes to launch, when it doesn't launch it is unresponsive for 10+ mins and I'll have to force quit (mac)

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare ...I got no help so I installed and uninstalled photoshop. It now doesn't even open

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare ...about 1 month ago it started working super slow. I called for help last week and spent 65 minutes being transferred around...

[Mustafa Tolosa @TolosaSolutions]

@AdobeCare Installed Photoshop cc, 6 mns ago and it worked fine, it stopped working properly 2 months ago so I called in and got help...
